Greetings everyone - Earlier this week (May 17, 2017) I installed the Public Beta of macOS 10.12.6. Immediately afterwards I was no longer able to utilize my VDI instance.
After authentication - rather than launch the Citrix Receiver - the Citrix Viewer launches - and hangs. It has to be Force Quit'd to get out of it. I've tried uninstalling, rebooting - reinstall. Latest version of Receiver, version before that. My work around is - I can log in on Chrome and it launches the.ica no issues.
Just will not place nice with Safari. Any suggestions? I don't have any suggestions for you. I can give you a 'Me, too!' Receiver still works with Firefox on Mac, too. Thus, this issue appears to be limited to just Safari.

I also want to thank you for your post. When I was unable to login to work on Friday, I thought I had broken something using macOS' storage manager to remove old versions of Citrix's GoToMeeting. I jumped over to my ThinkPad running Windows, saw Receiver worked there, and started making plans to wipe my MacBook. I thought a fresh install would get me working again. Your post saved me from that hassle. You got me to try a different browser on the same platform, rather than switching platforms all together.
Well.not much luck. Citrix Receiver for Mac 12.6 was posted today - However I'm having a similar issue as Jed. I will authenticate though our site - I get the error message ' The remote SSL peer sent a handshake failure alert.' If I hit okay - I get another error box ' Connection to the server “xxxxx” was interrupted. Please check your network connection and try again.'
Same result in both Chrome and Safari. Uninstalled - installed an older version of Receiver (12.4) and was able to get it working only with Chrome. Anyone else having the same or similar experience?
Currently on Mac OS 10.12.6 version 4.
